The Role
*Lead demand planning across a complex, multi-supplier supply chain
*Manage and develop a high-performing demand planning team
*Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, availability, and service levels
*Work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities
*Lead, coach, and develop the demand planning team
*Own demand planning KPIs, availability, and service performance
*Analyse and report performance, trends, risks, and opportunities
*Translate product, supplier, and category strategies into accurate forecasts
*Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
*Review supplier and product group splits to ensure forecast alignment
*Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation
*Partner with HR on team development and succession planning
*Support senior leadership in achieving business objectives
About You
*Proven experience in demand planning within a complex supply chain
*Previous people management or team leadership experience
*Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability
*Experience using ERP and demand planning systems
*Confident communicator with cross-functional and senior stakeholders
*Proactive, solutions-focused, and commercially minded
