Job Description:
Based in the North East with travel across the North East and Yorkshire and Humber regions, you will lead the regional teams to deliver impactful gambling harm initiatives.
You’ll build strategic partnerships, establish effective referral pathways, and oversee high-quality outreach and training. As a key representative at strategic forums, you will drive service excellence and continuous improvement across both regions.
What you will bring;
*Strategic vision combined with operational delivery skills.
*A passion for reducing gambling harm and promoting community wellbeing.
*Qualification at Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., public health, community development, social care) plus substantial experience.
*Proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering services.
*Outstanding stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills, including with senior leaders and commissioners.
