Job Description:
Science Teacher (Full Time) – Temp to Perm ContractWe are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Science Teacher to join a vibrant, supportive secondary environment in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to deliver high-quality science teaching across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of Key Stage 5 depending on experience.
This role is offered on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis, with the potential to progress to a permanent post for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities*Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the science curriculum
*Assess and monitor student progress to ensure strong outcomes
*Inspire a love of learning and curiosity within the subject
*Contribute to curriculum development and department initiatives
*Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
*Support the wider school ethos through pastoral responsibilities and extracurricular involvement
About YouWe welcome applications from both experienced teachers and strong ECTs. You should have:
*QTS or QTLS status
*Strong subject knowledge in science (any specialism welcome)
*A passion for raising achievement and delivering high-quality lessons
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
*A positive, reflective, and resilient attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
