Experienced residential Property Manager required to help oversee a residential property portfolio: build strong landlord and tenant relationships, and deliver high standards of service within a busy and professional lettings environment.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager looking to progress their career within the property sector. This role offers the chance to manage a varied residential portfolio within a busy and respected agency environment.
The company operates successful sales and lettings departments and is recognised locally for its proactive approach and high levels of customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
*Managing a portfolio of residential properties
*Liaising with landlords and tenants on a daily basis
*Handling maintenance issues and coordinating repairs
*Conducting property inspections and reporting findings
*Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
*Managing tenancy renewals and rent reviews
*Dealing with deposit disputes and end-of-tenancy processes
*Maintaining accurate records and property management systems
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience in property management or residential lettings
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*High level of customer service and professionalism
*Confident telephone manner with a positive approach
*Well-presented and organised
*Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks
*Knowledge of Chippenham and surrounding areas is advantageous
*Full UK driving licence essential
