Due to exceptional property volumes, a thriving luxury apartment market, and a strong financial services culture, we are seeking an ambitious Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker to join this flagship operation.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual looking to maximise high earnings, work within a high-volume environment, and build a highly profitable mortgage desk.


The Role – Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker
This is a true hybrid mortgage advisor role, offering a mix of office-based and flexible working.
Initially, you will be based in Manchester City Centre 3–4 days per week, allowing you to:
*Build strong relationships with estate agency teams
*Maximise lead conversion
*Establish yourself within a high-performing environment
Once established, greater flexibility is offered.
You will receive:
*High-quality estate agency leads
*Business from Manchester City Centre & Salford Quays
*Consistent pipeline from multiple branches


Performance & Earnings Potential
*20–25 mortgage appointments per month
*8–10 mortgage sign-ups per month
*Average case size: £1,800
*Protection conversion: 70%+
Realistically, advisors are generating £180,000+ in annual revenue, delivering high earnings well in excess of £85,000.


Key Responsibilities
*Deliver expert whole-of-market advice as a hybrid mortgage advisor / hybrid mortgage broker
*Conduct appointments (face-to-face, telephone, and virtual)
*Convert 5–8 qualified leads per week
*Build and maintain introducer relationships
*Manage a strong pipeline to maximise conversions
*Ensure FCA compliance and excellent customer outcomes


Employed Package
*Basic salary up to £35,000 (including car allowance)
*Uncapped commission structure
*Monthly bonuses
*Commission splits from 5%–32%
*Pension & Death-in-Service
*Full admin support


Self-Employed Option
*70% commission on self-generated business
*45% commission on company leads
*Full compliance & admin support
*Designed for maximum high earnings


Requirements
*CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
*Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
*Experience as a mortgage broker
*Ideally have estate agency experience
*Strong knowledge of residential mortgages & protection
*Driven, target-focused mindset
*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced city environment
