People 4 Property are delighted to be working with a highly regarded independent estate agency who are looking to recruit an Assistant Lettings Manager to join their successful team in Cobham.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator looking to step up into a management role, or an existing Assistant Manager seeking a fresh challenge within a supportive and ambitious environment.
The RoleAs Assistant Lettings Manager, you will act as a key support to the lettings department, playing an active role in winning business, growing the portfolio, and delivering exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Lettings Manager *Generate market appraisals and win new instructions
*Conduct valuations and advise landlords on pricing and strategy
*Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants
*Proactively seek new business opportunities
*Support the team with day-to-day lettings operations
*Stay up to date with current lettings legislation and market trends
Requirements*Minimum 2 years’ experience within residential lettings
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*Target-driven and commercially minded
*Excellent customer service skills
*Team player with a positive attitude
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
