We are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team in Fazakerley.
About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and resilient individual to provide high-quality support to students with additional needs. You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored support, build positive relationships, and create a safe, engaging environment where students can thrive.
Key Responsibilities*Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with varying needs
*Assist in delivering personalised learning activities
*Help maintain a positive, structured learning environment
*Promote emotional well-being, positive behaviour, and engagement
*Work collaboratively with teachers, pastoral staff, and external professionals
*Support pupils in managing challenges, transitions, and daily routines
About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have:
*Experience working with young people (youth work, mentoring, support work, or similar roles)
*A calm, patient, and understanding approach
*Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust
*A proactive attitude and willingness to be hands-on
*The resilience to support young people with social, emotional, or behavioural needs
*A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare
Hours & Start Date*Full-time, Monday to Friday
*Immediate start available

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
