Due to strong property volumes and a highly financial-services-driven culture, we are looking to recruit an experienced Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker to join a flagship branch offering exceptional high earnings and long-term career stability.
The Role – Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage BrokerWorking as a hybrid mortgage advisor, you will be based in the Harlow branch 3–4 days per week, building strong relationships with estate agency staff and maximising lead conversion.
You will benefit from:
*7–10 high-quality leads per week
*Strong introducer relationships
*High property volumes (70+ sales per month)
Earnings & Performance*Average property value: £350,000
*Properties up to: £900,000
*Average case size: £3,000
Top performers are generating £180,000+ revenue, delivering high earnings well in excess of £90,000.
Key Responsibilities*Provide expert advice as a hybrid mortgage advisor / hybrid mortgage broker
*Deliver whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
*Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and virtual appointments
*Convert 7–10 qualified leads per week
*Manage existing client relationships for remortgage opportunities
*Build strong relationships with introducers and estate agency teams
*Maintain compliance and manage pipeline effectively
Employed Package*Basic salary up to £35,000 (including car allowance)
*Uncapped commission structure
*Monthly bonuses
*Commission splits from 5%–32%

Requirements*CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
*CAS status
*Proven experience as a mortgage advisor or mortgage broker
*Strong knowledge of mortgages and protection
*Target-driven and commercially focused
*Full UK driving licence
*Based within commutable distance of Harlow
