This is a fantastic opportunity to join a central, high-performing Client Engagement Team that plays a vital role in shaping the client experience across a fast growing Financial Planning business.
You’ll be at the forefront of delivering a seamless, professional journey for clients from initial on-boarding through to ongoing relationship management, working closely with Financial Planners and key internal teams.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your attention to detail and communication skills genuinely make a difference, this role offers both challenge and long-term progression.
What you’ll be doing:
*Taking ownership of the end-to-end on-boarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth, compliant and high-quality experience
*Coordinating client meetings, including annual reviews, and ensuring everything is prepared to the highest standard
*Acting as a key point of contact for clients, prospects and providers, delivering prompt, professional and personable communication
*Building strong working relationships with Financial Planners and internal teams to keep everything running efficiently
*Proactively engaging with clients through outbound calls, enhancing their overall experience and strengthening relationships
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records across internal systems
*Managing workflow and tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines and service levels are consistently met
