Order Management Specialist
Location: HP27
Salary: £31,500 per annum
About the Role
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation within the supply chain and reusable packaging solutions sector. The company partners with major retailers, growers, and suppliers across the UK and is known for its focus on sustainability and operational efficiency.
As an Order Management Specialist, you’ll ensure accurate order processing, smooth day-to-day operations, and strong communication across internal teams. You will play a key role in maintaining data accuracy, supporting fulfilment activity, and delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
*Process and manage daily customer orders accurately.
*Check order details and resolve routine discrepancies or back-order issues.
*Work closely with Stock Management, Order Fulfilment, Sales Support, and Credit Control teams.
*Keep ERP/CRM system records accurate and up to date.
*Support backlog monitoring and workflow updates.
*Follow established processes to maintain consistency and efficiency.

Experience & Skills
Experience
*Experience in order entry, customer service, or an administrative environment
*Able to work accurately in a fast-paced setting
*Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is an advantage

*Confident with data entry and system navigation

*GCSEs in Maths and English
