Trainee Investment Analyst (Fast-Track to Property Portfolio Leadership)

About the role
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and analytically minded individual to step into a high-growth position within the property finance sector.

This role is designed as a fast-track pathway into portfolio leadership, offering hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of property lending and development projects.

Based in Sevenoaks with occasional site visits, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new lending opportunities, supporting credit decisions, and actively managing a live loan portfolio. From day one, they will gain direct exposure to senior decision-making, working closely with leadership to influence investment outcomes and drive performance.

This is not a typical entry-level role. It is a launchpad for someone eager to build a long-term career in property finance, with real responsibility, structured development, and clear progression.

What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, driven, and eager to develop within a fast-paced environment.
Key attributes include:
*Interest in property, finance, or development (experience beneficial but not essential)
*Strong analytical and numerical ability, with confidence using Excel
*Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
*Ideally a relevant degree.
*A proactive mindset with the confidence to source opportunities and "open doors"
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
*A team player who contributes positively to a dynamic working environment
*Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
