A fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised administrator to join a global healthcare membership organisation supporting digital events

This is a temporary role (6–8 weeks initially) providing essential support across event coordination and admin, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work independently.

What you’ll do:

*Schedule and manage calendar invites for digital events
*Monitor and follow up on event invitations and responses
*Support with event and ticketing administration, ensuring accuracy and smooth coordination
*Assist with general administrative tasks related to digital event delivery
*Work across multiple systems and tools to support efficient processes
Who you are:

*Previous administration or coordination experience
*Essential: Experience using Salesforce
*Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms
*A quick learner who can pick up new tools and processes with ease
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
