What youll do Senior Commercial Lead


Senior Commercial Lead Lead and support commercial strategies for a portfolio of contracts/programmes, from options appraisal through to in-life management.
Senior Commercial Lead Provide senior commercial advice on delivery models, contract terms, risk allocation, disputes and value for money.
Senior Commercial Lead Lead commercial negotiations, contract finalisation and mobilisation, working closely with procurement, legal and finance.
Strengthen contract performance, governance, reporting and change control, including supporting recovery plans where needed.
Coach and advise colleagues to build commercial and contract management capability across the organisation.


What were looking for Senior Commercial Lead


Senior Commercial Lead Significant experience in commercial/contract management in a complex organisation, including supplier performance management.
Proven ability to lead complex commercial negotiations and support contract drafting/mobilisation.
Strong understanding of governance, risk, value for money, and performance frameworks.
Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing without line management authority.
Evidence of relevant continuing professional development; degree or professional qualification is desirable.
