Business Development Manager – On Trade (Food & Drink Sector)
Location: North East (Field-Based)
Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 basic (DOE) + Car Allowance + Uncapped Commission

We are looking for a driven, commercially focused Business Development Manager to take ownership of a territory across London and the South East, focusing on winning new business and growing existing accounts within the On Trade sector.


The Role*Drive new business development across pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, and leisure venues
*Build and manage a strong pipeline, converting prospects into long-term trading customers
*Grow existing accounts through upselling and relationship development
*Deliver a high level of customer service while increasing sales and engagement
*Work closely with internal teams to maximise opportunities and performance
*Manage your own territory with autonomy and accountability


What We’re Looking ForThis role requires experience within food & drink / foodservice / food wholesale environments, with a strong understanding of the On Trade market.
Essential:
*Proven track record in field sales or business development
*Experience within:
*Food & beverage
*Foodservice
*Food wholesale
*Strong understanding of the hospitality / On Trade sector
*Ability to build relationships and close deals
*Highly driven, self-motivated, and target-focused
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
*Background working within hospitality (front or back of house)
*Experience selling into pubs, bars, restaurants, or hotels
