Job Title: Sponsorship Sales Manager
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 – £50,000 basic + uncapped commission
About the CompanyOur client is a fast-growing, global B2B events company delivering high-impact conferences, summits, and networking experiences across multiple industries. Their events connect senior decision-makers with innovative solution providers, creating valuable partnerships and driving business growth worldwide.
The RoleWe are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a driven and commercially minded Sponsorship Sales Manager to join their London-based team. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility alongside the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-performance sales environment.
You will be responsible for selling sponsorship packages across a portfolio of international B2B events, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities*Drive sponsorship revenue across a portfolio of global B2B events
*Identify, target, and secure new sponsors through proactive outreach
*Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
*Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners
*Develop tailored sponsorship packages to meet client objectives
*Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align commercial strategy
*Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate leads
*Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting using CRM systems
Requirements*Proven experience in B2B sponsorship sales (essential)
*Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
*Experience selling event sponsorship, media, or marketing solutions
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
*Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient
*Ability to build relationships with senior decision-makers
*Organised with strong pipeline management skills
