Due to continued growth, strong property sales, and a highly proactive estate agency team, this opportunity offers consistent lead flow, strong support, and genuine high earnings potential.
This role is ideal for an ambitious, fully qualified advisor seeking stability, excellent earnings, and a steady pipeline of mortgage and protection business.
The Role
Working on a hybrid basis between a busy Doncaster estate agency office and home, you will receive an average of 10 qualified mortgage leads per week, along with access to an existing client database for remortgage and protection opportunities.
This structure enables advisors to regularly bank substantial business and achieve OTE of £80,000+.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
*Work closely with the estate agency team in Doncaster
*Conduct face-to-face, telephone, and virtual appointments
*Convert high-quality estate agency leads
*Manage your own pipeline and client relationships
*Generate repeat business and referrals
*Maintain FCA compliance and excellent client outcomes
Employed or Self-Employed Options
Employed:
*Basic salary up to £35,000 (incl. car allowance)
*Monthly bonuses and uncapped commission
*Pension, DIS and benefits
*Strong ongoing lead flow
Self-Employed:
*Excellent commission splits
*Full lead support
*Enhanced terms for those with a client bank
Requirements
*Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
*Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
*Experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker
*Estate agency experience preferred
*Driven, professional, and target-focused
*Full UK driving licence
*Commutable to Doncaster
