Job Title: Recruitment Consultant (360)
Location: Basildon, Essex
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 basic + uncapped commission


About the CompanyOur client is a growing and ambitious recruitment business based in Basildon, Essex. They are looking to expand their team with a motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant who can contribute to both business development and delivery.


The RoleThis is a full-cycle recruitment role where you will be responsible for winning new business and delivering on roles. You will have full ownership of your desk, giving you the autonomy to build strong client relationships and maximise your earning potential.


Key Responsibilities*Proactively generate new business through calls, meetings, and networking
*Build and manage a pipeline of clients within your specialist market
*Take detailed job briefs and provide consultative recruitment solutions
*Source, screen, and interview candidates
*Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
*Negotiate terms, fees, and offers
*Develop and maintain long-term client and candidate relationships
*Achieve and exceed targets and KPIs


Requirements*Previous recruitment experience OR a strong background in B2B sales
*Proven ability (or strong desire) to develop new business
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Ambitious with a desire for career progression
