About the Role:As a Year 3 HLTA, you will work closely with the class teacher to deliver high-quality teaching and learning. You will support whole-class learning, deliver targeted interventions, and may lead lessons or cover classes when required. You’ll play a key role in helping pupils develop independence, confidence, and strong learning behaviours.
Key Responsibilities:*Support and deliver learning activities across the Year 3 curriculum.

*Lead small group interventions in literacy and numeracy.

*Provide cover for the class teacher when required.

*Support assessment, observations, and pupil progress tracking.

*Promote positive behaviour and a well-managed classroom environment.

*Support pupils’ social, emotional, and academic development.

*Uphold safeguarding and inclusion policies at all times.

Requirements:*HLTA status or relevant experience at HLTA level.

*Experience working within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.

*Strong classroom management and communication skills.

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
