About the Role:As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils across the KS2 curriculum. You will provide in-class support, work with small groups, and help create a positive and engaging learning environment where all children can succeed.


Key Responsibilities:*Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.

*Provide one-to-one and small group support in literacy and numeracy.

*Help pupils develop independence, confidence, and positive learning behaviours.

*Assist with preparing classroom resources and activities.

*Support pupils’ social and emotional development.

*Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times.
Requirements:*Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

*Experience working in a primary school, ideally within KS2.

*A positive, patient, and proactive approach to supporting learning.

*Strong communication and teamwork skills.

*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
