Position: Mechanical Design Engineer
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire
Salary: £30,000 - £45,000
Mechanical Design Engineer required. Our client is a well-establised manufacturer of electrical & mechanical systems based in the Carterton, Oxfordshire area. Due to ongoing success they are seeking an enthusiastic Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team.
Mechanical Design Engineer Position Overview
*Producing mechanical designs elements for larger projects
*Producing detailing engineering drawings, including materials and surface finishing choices
*Ensuring Bill of Materials are correct and up to date
*Support the mechanical builds of prototypes
*Producing work instruction and diagrams
*Designing associated jigs
*Working closely with customers and suppliers
Mechanical Design Engineer Position Requirements
*Degree qualified within a Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
*2+ years of experience within a Mechanical Design Engineering role
*Good knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
*Based in a commutable distance of Witney, Oxfordshire
*PC Literate
Mechanical Design Engineer Position Remuneration
*Salary £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
*Monday to Friday, full-time, permanent position
*Holiday allowance and pension
