The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced consultant to join our Professional Services division in Birmingham, focusing on our high-performing Business Support desk.
You’ll be stepping into a well-established, high-value permanent desk specialising in placing technical administrators, customer service professionals and PA/EA talent across Birmingham, Warwickshire and Worcestershire. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow an already successful and profitable business, nurturing long-standing relationships and partnering with a wide range of professional services clients.

What can I expect day to day?
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work within the Professional Services market, supported by colleagues and leaders with deep expertise in Business Support recruitment. Your role will include:


*Running a 360 desk, supporting both candidates and clients with their hiring needs
*Providing expert, specialist advice to candidates across Business Support roles
*Developing and implementing effective business developing strategies
*Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
*Leading by example through consistent fee performance, activity and attitude
*Building strong market intelligence and staying ahead of trends
