The RoleAs Group Credit Manager, you will take ownership of the full credit lifecycle across multiple entities in a hands-on leadership role.
You will lead the team, act as the escalation point for complex accounts and ensure the ledger remains robust and well-managed.
Key Responsibilities* Lead and develop a credit control team, setting targets and driving performance
* Take ownership of aged debt, ensuring strong cash collection results
* Manage key accounts and complex escalations
* Resolve disputes with internal teams to unblock payments
* Oversee legal processes for non-payment
* Produce reporting for senior leadership
