Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
*Processing purchase and sales invoices.
*Managing accounts payable and receivable.
*Credit control, including chasing outstanding payments and maintaining strong customer relationships.
*Bank reconciliations and assisting with month-end procedures.
*Maintaining accurate financial records.
*Supporting the wider finance team with administrative duties.
*Handling supplier queries and building strong working relationships.
Key skills and experience:
*Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance role.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Good knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Excellent communication skills.
