*Provide clear, practical advice on employment tax matters including governance, off-payroll workers, national minimum wage and reward.
*Develop tailored solutions that address varied client needs, from large corporates to fast-growth businesses.
*Build and manage strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
*Oversee compliance with employment tax requirements and changes in legislation.
*Lead, coach and support team members to build capability.
*Contribute to business growth by identifying opportunities and supporting proposals.
*Collaborate nationally to deliver joined-up services and stay updated on evolving tax rules.
Profile
A successful Employment Tax Associate Director should have:
*A strong background in Employment Tax, with awareness of Global Mobility issues and confidence handling more complex technical challenges.
*CTA qualified (or equivalent), or able to demonstrate strong capability through substantial hands-on experience in employment tax.
*Someone who is open, approachable and genuinely collaborative, with the ability to listen, engage and build trusted working relationships.
*Strong people-leadership skills, with a focus on developing others, recognising potential and supporting the growth of the wider team.
*A leader who embraces a "grow our own" mindset, keen to coach, mentor and help shape a high-performing and inclusive team environment.
