Job Description:
Robert Half Finance and Accounting are exclusively partnering with Digital Advertising firm in London who are looking to recruit an immediate, interim Financial Accountant for 3 months.
Role:
Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, interim Financial Accountant for a 3 month contract and as part of this role you will be responsible for the following duties:
*Handle the high-volume data gathering required for the country filings to ensure we hit deadlines without stalling.
*Balance sheet reconciliations
*Statutory Filings & Cash Recovery
*Audit Finalisation & Reconciliation Cleanup.
*Managing remaining audit queries and completing a full cleanup of the client vs. Third-Party reconciliations. Audit Readiness
*Systematically gathering, labelling, and verifying supporting documentation (invoices, contracts, bank statements) to prevent back-and-forth with auditors.
*Audit Trail Maintenance
*Year end reconciliations
*Statutory Filing & Global Compliance: Managing filings for France, Italy, Sweden, Brazil, UK, Australia, Singapore and Germany (2024 & 2025)
*Ensuring all accounts are reconciled monthly, providing a "clean" starting point for the auditors.
*Bank reconciliations
Profile:
The ideal candidate for this interim Financial Accountant role will have experience assisting on audits, statutory reporting and have strong balance sheet reconciliations.
You must be immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.

Our client is an fast growing Digital Advertising firm based in London. Please note that this role will be based in the clients Central London office 3 days per week.
Salary & Benefits:
This interim Financial Accountant role will be paying circa £23-27 per hour, plus holiday pay, dependant on experience.
