Job Description:
Service Advisor – Harold WoodSalary: £32,000 basic + bonus (OTE up to £48,000)
Location: Harold Wood, Essex
Hours: Monday–Friday + Saturday rota
The RoleAs a Service Advisor, you’ll be the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and professional aftersales experience.
Key Responsibilities*Booking vehicles in for service, MOT, and repair work
*Keeping customers updated on progress and costs
*Upselling additional work, service plans, and products
*Liaising with technicians and the workshop controller
*Preparing job cards, invoices, and processing payments
*Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Requirements*Previous Service Advisor experience (motor trade essential)
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Ability to upsell and hit targets
*Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
*Experience using Kerridge / Pinnacle / Autoline (preferred)
