Telesales Executive – Leicester
Hourly Rate: £13.46
Start date : Monday 20th April
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch) | 4:30pm finish on Fridays
We are looking for a confident Telesales Executive to support the telesales campaign. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with sales experience who enjoys speaking with customers and working in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
About the Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will contact businesses within a designated region to promote and sell our range of products and office consumables. This is an office-based, full-time role based in Leicester.
Key Responsibilities
*Making outbound sales calls to prospective customers
*Introducing and promoting our stationery and office consumable products
*Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
*Identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions
*Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
*Accurately recording call details and orders in the CRM system
*Sharing customer insights and buying trends with the wider sales team
*Participating in team meetings and contributing best practices
Skills & Experience Required
*Previous experience in telesales, sales, or customer service
*Excellent telephone manner and confident communication skills
*Ability to persuade and influence decision makers
*Resilience and positivity when handling objections
*Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
*Target-driven approach with a desire to excel
*Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
