Job Description:
Role Summary
Technology Talent Acquisition Business Partner, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality permanent hiring solutions. Build strong internal relationships and provide expert guidance to support the attraction, selection, and hiring of top technology talent.
Key Responsibilities
*Partner with Technology leadership to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned to business goals.
*Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on all permanent hiring activity.
*Lead end-to-end recruitment for Technology roles, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.
*Provide market insights and expertise on talent trends, competitor activity, and hiring best practices.
*Drive direct sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre technology talent.
*Influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights and recruitment expertise.
*Ensure consistent application of recruitment best practices across the Technology function.
*Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
