About you - Graduate Teaching Assistant - Leicestershire
*Must hold an undergraduate degree (minimum 2:2)
*Has a true passion to get into teaching and make a difference to young children’s education
*Encourages independence, resilience, and a positive attitude to learning
*Observes and records pupil progress to inform planning and interventions
*Works collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and other professionals
*Demonstrates enthusiasm, flexibility, and a willingness to learn
*Committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and promoting pupil wellbeing
