Clinical Negligence Solicitor | Altrincham | NQ+ | Hybrid Working
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Altrincham. This role offers the chance to work within a specialist team handling a high-quality caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters.
You will manage your own files while also supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value cases involving a wide range of medical negligence issues.
The Role:
* Manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to resolution.
* Conduct detailed case investigations, including reviewing medical records and instructing experts.
* Draft legal documents and correspondence.
* Engage with clients in a sensitive and professional manner.
* Negotiate settlements and progress cases through litigation where necessary.
About You:
* Qualified Solicitor from NQ+ PQE with experience in clinical negligence.
* Strong technical knowledge and a genuine interest in this area of law.
Excellent client care and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
