FP&A Manager

Keeler Recruitment has been engaged to support the appointment of an experienced, commercially focused FP&A Manager on behalf of a complex and growing organisation. This is a pivotal strategic role, partnering closely with senior leadership and influencing major operational and investment decisions at group level.
You will lead an established FP&A team, deliver clear and insightful financial analysis, and drive continuous improvement across forecasting, reporting and planning to support the next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities
*Develop, implement and maintain a robust planning and analysis capability that provides leadership teams with the insight required to manage, review and develop operations effectively
*Deliver relevant, timely and decision-focused financial insight to enable senior management to assess performance against strategic objectives
*Own the tracking and monitoring of financial KPIs, translating performance data into clear narrative and actionable recommendations
*Build and maintain high-quality financial models that articulate risks, opportunities and the financial impact of strategic and operational decisions
*Lead, motivate and develop the FP&A team, embedding a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring
*Professional accounting qualification with strong commercial acumen
*Proven experience leading FP&A teams in complex environments
*The credibility and confidence to challenge and influence operational leaders to support effective decision-making
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Advanced Excel capability and strong financial systems understanding
*Experience in private-equity-backed or high-growth environments is advantageous
