CRM Marketing Manager | DTC Wellness Retailer | SW London
Zachary Daniels Recruitment is delighted to be once again supporting this rapidly scaling DTC Wellness Retailer, this time with the appointment of a motivated CRM Marketing Manager with a genuine passion for the health and wellness sector.
What started at a kitchen table five years ago has grown into one of the Sunday Times fastest growing private companies, backed by Google, elite athletes, and entrepreneurs, with a viral appearance on Dragons’ Den.
The Role
This is a crucial role in the company that is responsible for overseeing the ideation, planning & execution of our clients CRM strategy across e-mail and SMS. CRM is viewed, rightly, as a valuable channel to drive revenue and build long term relationships with their customers.
You will own this part of the business and have a huge opportunity to grow and become a key player in a rapidly growing brand.
Core areas of experience are:
- Testing, Optimisation & Performance
- Email Strategy & Execution
- Retention & Lifecycle Growth
- Team Collaboration
What we’re looking for
*3+ years’ experience in email / lifecycle / retention marketing
*Proven experience running A/B tests and optimising email performance
*Comfortable owning revenue targets and reporting against them
*Highly analytical - confident working with data and dashboards
*Strong copywriting skills with a commercial mindset
*Organised, detail-oriented, and excited by continuous improvement
*Experience in DTC, e-commerce, or subscription brands strongly preferred
