Job Description:
We are currently working with a well-established multi-disciplinary property business operating across commercial, residential and rural sectors.
Our clients, based in Norwich, are seeking a Part-Time Residential Surveyor to join their established and growing team, carrying out surveys across Norfolk and North Suffolk. The role offers flexibility, with 2–4 days per week on an employed basis. Our clients offer an excellent work / life balance, with great support from the Directors. They can also offer an opportunity for someone to help grow the team and mentor new Surveyors if this is of interest.
Working hours:
*As a Residential Surveyor, you’ll be required to work up to 2 - 4 days a week
Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:
*£23,000 per annum for a 2-day working week
*£34,000 per annum for a 3-day working week
*£45,000 per annum for a 4-day working week
*Mileage
As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:
*Carrying out Mortgage Valuations
*Level 2 and 3 Surveys
*Compiling Survey reports
To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role you must have:
*RICS qualifications
*Industry Experience
*AssocRICS+
*Own Vehicle
