Amenity Groundworker & Excavator Operator£36,000 - £42,000 + Overtime | Company Van | Permanent Role
Looking for a role where no two days are the same? Join a growing contractor delivering high-quality projects across sports pitches, drainage, landscaping, and environmental works.
This is a hands-on position working on varied sites, from sports facilities to rural and commercial projects - ideal for someone who enjoys being out on site and takes pride in doing the job properly.
What You’ll Be Doing*Operating plant (360, dumper, telehandler, roller)
*Groundworks including excavation, drainage, and foundations
*Concrete works and general site duties
*Supporting projects from start to finish as part of a close-knit team
What We’re Looking For*3+ years’ plant operating experience
*Valid 360 Excavator ticket (CPCS/NPORS)
*Groundworks or civils background
*Full UK driving licence
*Reliable, team-focused, and proactive
(HGV licence or additional tickets are a bonus - training available)
What You’ll Get*£36K-£42K salary + regular overtime
*Company van
*29 days holiday (incl. bank holidays)
*Pension
*Ongoing training and development
