Maintenance Plumber
Oxford
£36,500 + On Call Allowance + Excellent Pension + 33 Days Holiday + Additional Closure Days + Monday to Friday (37 Hours)
Are you a qualified Plumbing and Gas Engineer with experience in maintenance and building services?
Do you want a stable, site-based role working across a modern university estate, with great benefits, long-term security, and a supportive team environment?

With a large and varied campus including academic buildings, student accommodation, and commercial spaces, the estates team plays a key role in maintaining a safe and high-performing environment for staff and students.
In this role, you will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across plumbing, heating, ventilation, and gas systems. You will also support small installation and improvement projects, working as part of a professional and collaborative estates team. The role is Monday to Friday, with a minimal on-call rota.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Mechanical or Plumbing professional with strong experience in building services maintenance. You will hold a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent), be Gas Safe registered, and have experience working in commercial or large-scale environments.

*Level 3 qualification in Plumbing, Mechanical Services or similar
*Gas Safe registered
*Experience in building services or facilities maintenance
*Full UK driving licence
