Senior Estate Agent / Valuer / Sales Consultant - £70,000+ OTE
Are you an experienced estate agent who knows how to value property, win instructions and sell property, but feel restricted by the limits of a traditional agency?
We are looking for an ambitious property professional who wants more autonomy, flexibility and earning potential while still benefiting from the support structure of an established agency.
This role combines the security of a fully employed position with the freedom to choose your own work hours that suit you. You will operate as the local property expert, managing the full sales process from valuation, to finding buyers, selling, right through to completion, while having support for sales progression, along with free leads so you can hit the ground running from day 1!

Role Overview
You will manage the full property sales journey within your designated patch. Your focus will be on winning instructions, listing properties and successfully negotiating sales through to completion. You will be given access to free leads from vendors and buyers as well as being able to utilise property portals.
Key responsibilities include
*Conducting property valuations
*Winning new instructions from local homeowners
*Listing and marketing properties on major property portals
*Managing enquiries and arranging viewings
*Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
*Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
*Building strong relationships with sellers and buyers
*Growing brand awareness and reputation within your local area
*Generating new business through prospecting and networking
*Managing your own diary, schedule and pipeline
What We Are Looking For
*This role is best suited to experienced estate agents who are confident generating business and winning instructions.
*Minimum two years experience in estate agency
*Experience as a Branch Manager, Senior Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator
*Proven track record of winning instructions and selling residential property
*Strong negotiation and relationship building skills
*Sales progression experience
*Self motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
*Confident, energetic and resilient
*Professional and personable approach with clients
*Comfortable generating business including door knocking and prospecting
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
What You Will Earn
*Base salary between £20,000 and £22,000
*Uncapped generous commission structure based on both instructions and completed sales.
*Typical on target earnings are £70,000 plus per year with higher earnings achievable for top performers.
