Senior Planning / Project Manager - Growth Agency - Central London - c.£50K
You’ll own delivery across a portfolio of complex, multi-channel projects - paid media, creative, landing pages, tracking, app builds - all moving at pace, all at once.
You’re the person who makes it all work.
What You’ll Do
*Own projects end-to-end - scope, plan, resource, deliver
*Build clear, realistic timelines (before things break, not after)
*Track progress daily, flag risks early, fix problems fast
*Manage budgets, scope and profitability - no surprises
*Coordinate across creative, growth and technical teams
*Keep clients and internal teams aligned, informed and moving
What They’re Looking For
*4-6 years in a digital/creative/growth agency
*Proven experience running complex, multi-workstream projects
*Comfortable across both creative and technical delivery
*Highly organised, detail-obsessed, proactive
*Commercially aware - you understand scope, margin and delivery reality
*Calm under pressure, solutions-first
