As a Contracts Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring that all duties are carried out with extremely high attention to detail and that levels of service offered from initial quote stage to final confirmations and beyond, are second to none.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
*Meticulously drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide array of commercial contracts, ranging from service-level agreements to procurement contracts.
*Serving as the primary point of contact for suppliers, fostering strong relationships and effectively .
*Providing strategic guidance to our internal teams, advising on the legal implications and commercial viability of various contractual scenarios.
*Maintaining comprehensive contract records and databases, enabling efficient contract management and risk mitigation.
*Ensure a high level of attention to detail across the entire booking process, from initial quotation to post-travel follow-up
*Ensure all bookings and reservations are accurately entered and maintained in Tourplan
*Issue invoices to clients in line with agreed payment terms
*Attend company familiarisation (FAM) trips and supplier events to maintain up-to-date industry knowledge

*A proven track record in working in a Hotel / Travel Industry - Solid customer service background with a professional approach to client relations.
*Supervision and support of team members in their daily tasks.
*Ability to guide, motivate, and manage a team
*Highly organized, proactive and self-motivated.
*Confident in building and maintaining internal and external relationships.
*Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform well under pressure.
*Competent with Microsoft Office (Teams/Word/Excel/Outlook). Familiarity with Tourplan is an advantage but not essential.
