A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its busy and growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer looking for a varied caseload, combining both panel and local client work within a supportive and flexible environment.
The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an experienced residential conveyancer to manage a broad and engaging caseload. The role offers a balanced mix of:
*Panel-based conveyancing work
*Local, relationship-driven transactions
*A variety of residential matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workload and values both efficiency and client interaction.
Importantly, there is no requirement to bring a following, although the firm encourages and supports individuals who enjoy building and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships.
We are keen to speak with confident and personable conveyancers who are capable of managing their own caseload with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have:
*Proven experience in residential conveyancing
*The ability to handle a mixed caseload independently
*Strong communication and client care skills
*A commercial and practical approach to transactions
*Good organisational and time management abilities
*A team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
