Position Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Primary Teacher/s to inspire a passion in the students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and innovative Primary lessons, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment, and contributing to the overall academic excellence at the school.
Primary Teacher Job Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement a comprehensive and challenging Primary curriculum for students at various grade levels.
*Create dynamic and interactive lesson plans that incorporate practical experiments and real-world applications.
*Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
*Assess and evaluate student progress through regular quizzes, exams, and projects.
*Provide constructive and timely feedback to students and parents regarding academic performance.
*Collaborate with colleagues to integrate cross-disciplinary topics and promote a well-rounded education.
*Stay informed about the latest developments in the field of Primary and incorporate relevant advancements into the curriculum.
*Participate actively in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field; Master’s degree is preferred.
*Teaching certification or license in Primary Education e.g. PGCE or Teaching License
*Proven experience as a Primary Teacher in a reputable educational institution.
*In-depth knowledge of the English curriculum and modern instructional best practices.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Flexibility and adaptability to the cultural context of the country
*Familiarity with technology integration in the classroom.
