Job Description:
The HR Officer will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources department within a multi academy trust. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage HR processes and provide comprehensive support to employees and management.

Description
*Provide administrative support across a range of HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
*Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
*Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
*Advise and support managers on HR-related queries and issues.
*Coordinate staff training and development programmes.
*Prepare reports and documentation for HR-related meetings.
*Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices.
*Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects as required.
Profile
A successful HR Officer should have:
*Previous experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the education sector.
*A strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.
*Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
*Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
*Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
*The ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
