Project Architect
Location: Oxford
Salary: £39-48,000
An Oxford-based architectural studio, known for delivering thoughtful, design-led projects across the education, residential, and mixed-use sectors, is seeking an experienced Project Architect. The practice prides itself on a collaborative culture and its ability to navigate complex planning challenges with creativity and clarity. With a strong focus on both design excellence and technical precision, the studio provides a supportive and well-rounded environment for professional growth.
Role & Responsibilities
* Lead education projects through all RIBA stages, from concept to completion
* Develop design concepts and translate them into detailed technical packages
* Manage client relationships and coordinate with consultant teams
* Prepare planning applications and construction documentation
* Oversee project schedules, budgets, and overall delivery
The successful Project Architect
* ARB-registered Architect
* Strong design and technical skills
* Proven experience leading projects
* Experience within the education sector preferred
* Proficient in BIM and 3D design software
* Confident communicator with client-facing experience
