This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplinary consultancy who provide a wide range of services to the commercial and education sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to hit the ground-running for their team in Bolton.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:
*Work alongside a multidisciplined design team and provide technical design solutions to the project
*Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
*Submit planning and building regulation applications
*Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance is met
*Provide architectural design services and project management to commercial projects
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
*Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
*Significant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
*Proficiency with Revit
*Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
*Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
*Strong technical and presentation skills
*Job running experience
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Live within a commutable distance to the Bolton area
