Salary: £32,000 – £38,000 + performance bonus + structured progression
About the Opportunity
This role is designed for ambitious individuals looking to break into the investment industry with a focus on sustainable and responsible finance. You will initially be based within our Manchester head office, gaining hands-on experience and training, with clear pathways to transition into our London office as you progress.
You will work alongside experienced investment professionals, gaining exposure to ESG strategies, portfolio construction, and client advisory from day one.
What You Will Be Doing
Supporting ESG research across equities, funds, and alternative investments
Assisting in building and reviewing ESG-focused portfolios
Analysing environmental and social risk factors within investment strategies
Working closely with senior advisors to prepare client reports and presentations
Monitoring market trends, regulatory developments, and ESG frameworks
Contributing to investment proposals and client suitability assessments
Collaborating with compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment
What We Are Looking For
A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
A strong interest in ESG investing and sustainable finance
Analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
Confident communication and interpersonal skills
