About the RoleThe Finance team plays a critical role in driving clarity, control, and strategic growth across the business. From ensuring regulatory accuracy to supporting expansion into new markets, the team operates at the centre of decision-making.
As a Trainee Regulatory Reporting Associate, you will work closely with a Regulatory Reporting Manager, supporting the preparation and delivery of key regulatory submissions while developing a deep understanding of financial regulations and reporting frameworks.
This is a structured opportunity designed to fast-track your progression into a specialist finance role.
What You’ll Be Doing*Supporting the preparation of regulatory reports for international branches
*Assisting with statistical returns and regulatory submissions prior to final review
*Working alongside senior team members on branch launches and reporting processes
*Learning how to assess and maintain reporting controls and documentation
*Identifying data discrepancies and liaising with internal teams to resolve issues
*Monitoring reporting deadlines to ensure accuracy and timeliness
*Gaining exposure to evolving regulatory requirements and frameworks
*Collaborating with Accounting teams to align financial and regulatory reporting
*Supporting responses to regulatory queries when required

*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Confident communication and teamwork ability
