The Opportunity
You’ll join a multidisciplinary team of engineers, analysts, and domain experts working on advanced AI and data-driven systems.
Your work will focus on turning complex data into actionable insight—supporting decision-making, improving systems, and solving real-world challenges across security, technology, and digital transformation.


What You’ll Be Doing
*Designing, building, and deploying machine learning models for real-world applications
*Working with large language models (LLMs) to develop intelligent systems and tools
*Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into production environments
*Conducting research, experimentation, and rapid prototyping
*Implementing MLOps best practices (CI/CD, monitoring, retraining pipelines)
*Translating business and stakeholder needs into scalable technical solutions
*Continuously improving AI/ML systems, frameworks, and performance


What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for individuals who combine strong technical ability with curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
*Strong Python skills
*Experience building ML models using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
*Hands-on experience with LLMs (prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, agents)
*Understanding of MLOps principles and tools (e.g. MLflow, DVC, Weights & Biases)
*Experience deploying solutions in AWS or cloud environments
*Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, and version control (Git)
*Ability to translate complex requirements into practical AI solutions
*Passion for staying up to date with the latest AI/ML developments
