We are seeking a Polish-speaking Credit Controller to join an accounting and finance team within a large business. This permanent role is based in Ashford and focuses on managing credit control processes effectively.

Description
*Manage and maintain customer accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.
*Communicate with Polish-speaking clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment terms.
*Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
*Monitor credit limits and assess the financial stability of clients.
*Prepare regular reports on the status of accounts and overdue payments.
*Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer queries and disputes.
*Support the accounting and finance team with ad hoc tasks as required.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Profile
The successful applicant:
*Proficiency in both Polish and English, both written and spoken.
*Previous experience in credit control or a related accounting role.
*Strong numerical and analytical skills.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
*Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
*A positive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service.
