Macildowie are working with a luxury client based in London to recruit an Experience Centre Design Consultant within the premium lifestyle and luxury appliances industry.
This is a standout opportunity to join a business that places world-class design and customer experience at the forefront of everything they do. You will act as a brand ambassador, playing a central role in delivering engaging experiences for designers, specifiers, and architects at a flagship Experience Centre in London.
With a strong understanding of interior design and the built environment, you’ll lead consultations and events, build strategic relationships, and influence high-end residential projects through exceptional design-led storytelling and brand engagement.
Role Highlights:
*Host and lead professional groups through the Experience Centre
*Build strong relationships with specifiers, designers, and architects
*Support events, presentations, and product training activities
*Act as a key liaison between design professionals and brand messaging
*Maintain the centre to an impeccable luxury standard
*Interpret architectural plans and advise on premium product placement
What we’re looking for:
*A background in interior or kitchen design, project management, or marketing
*Proven experience working in a luxury or premium showroom environment
*Strong design sensibility with the ability to read floor plans and elevations
*Confident in delivering training, presentations, and hosting events
*Technically competent with Microsoft Office and well-versed in the design community
