The Role:
*Delivering engaging PSHE lessons tailored to meet the needs of students with SEND
*Leading nurture-based interventions to support emotional wellbeing, behaviour, and social development
*Creating a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment
*Working closely with teaching assistants, pastoral teams, and external professionals
*Developing individualised strategies to support students’ personal growth and learning
*Promoting positive behaviour, self-regulation, and independence
The Ideal Candidate:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Experience working with students with SEND, particularly those with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH)
*A strong understanding of nurture principles and trauma-informed practice
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach
*A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
