Job Description:

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEND team, working with Key Stage 3 students.

The Role:
*Supporting students with a range of special educational needs within a Key Stage 3 SEND class
*Working closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored learning activities
*Providing one-to-one and small group support
*Encouraging positive behaviour and helping students build confidence and independence
*Assisting with personal care where required
The Ideal Candidate:
*Has experience working with children or young people with SEND (school-based or similar setting)
*Is patient, resilient, and adaptable
*Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills
*Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
*Has a proactive and positive approach to supporting learning
